Le groupe PagesJaunes (Mappy, Horizon média, PagesJaunes marketing services, Annonces Jaunes) a retenu la société Net-ng pour l'accompagner dans la conception et le développement d'une plateforme d'innovation participative à destination de tous ses salariés. C'est leur maîtrise technologique (déjà éprouvée au sein du Groupe PagesJaunes sur d'autres projets tels que le Back Office Professionnel) et leur approche méthodologique type "open innovation" qui nous ont séduit immédiatement chez Net-ng.

L'innovation participative salariée constituant elle-même un projet innovant pour le groupe, nous avons opté pour une démarche de co-construction avec des itérations entre les équipes de Net-ng et la cellule projet de PagesJaunes. Grâce à leur savoir faire, nous avons pu mener en parallèle la phase de conception et de développement. Net-ng a fait preuve d'adaptation et de souplesse, prenant en compte au fur et à mesure nos attentes, nos contraintes techniques et nos nouvelles demandes, ainsi que toutes les suggestions d'améliorations de nos bêta utilisateurs. Ceci nous permet aujourd'hui, et seulement 4 mois après le démarrage du projet, d'offrir un service qui répond à nos objectifs et aux usages de notre cible. Si c'était à refaire, nous ferions le même choix!

Third Party Application Management

In 2006, we were looking for a provider in order to bring our skills assessement solution from traditional client server organisation to a web solution. After a first contract, we build upon Net-ng experience and assistance in various domains, thanks to an annual TPAM contract.

Today, Net-ng is a real partner, both in technic and methodology, accompanying us from our web solution design & evolution to their specific adaptation to the growing demands of some automobile manufacturers.

Training

We provide our customers and partners with theoretical exercises on Python, based upon Zope & Nagare frameworks, and Plone & CPS. We can also ensure a skills transfer in the more specific context of upsizing a technical team on a particular project.
